Attorney Christopher Rogers is the fourth generation of his family to join the firm. Donald L. Smith was the most recent of two generations of Smith attorneys to be named partner in the firm. David Westrick joined us in 1993. In 1999 he became the first firm partner from outside the Smith & Rogers families.
